2026 Show and Go

LIABILITY RELEASE: In consideration of the right to participate in the Show and Go Car Show for Charity, the undersigned Participant agrees to waive and release, and to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, the City of Riverside, Riverside East Rotary Foundation, Riverside East Rotary Club, Rotary International, and all committees, agents, employees, members, and volunteers of each of them from and against, any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to Participant’s and/or Participant’s guests’ (including family and relatives) attendance or participation at this event. Participant represents that all vehicles will have current registration and Participant will possess valid auto insurance on and throughout event dates.
